Primary Care group established in 1995, Diverse Private Practice with 30 physicians. The OBGYN section has 4 Obgyns and one midwife.

• Call 1/4. Busy practice.
• Group is seeking one obgyn for OB and some Gyn surgery. This group is mostly private pay. Go to only ONE hospital system making it very easy to practice.
• Each OB delivers 10 to 15 deliveries per month each. They work 4 office days a week. Their midwife has her own following.
• There is a fixed salary with productivity kicking in after 12 months.
• There is a 2 year contract with cash flow positive in 6 to 12 months. The current physicians are earning around $600 to $800K average.
• The office is located next to Labor and Delivery. The practice has good contracts with private payers above market. No one is on retirement. Young group.
• Practice is pursuing a BE/BC Obgyn can start at any time or 2021.
