  • Seeking board eligible or board certified physician to direct Hormone Therapy Clinic.
  • 100% outpatient. No call.
  • Medical Center environment.
  • Ideal candidate will possess: excellent communication skills, written and verbal; high level of skill with interpersonal relationships; ability to put patients first; superior bedside manner; inspiration for team members to retain focus; and team player attitude in multidisciplinary environment.
  • The Medical Director will work with the Managing Members of the clinic.
  • Physician will deliver the highest quality healthcare in an efficient and caring manner.
  • As a member of the Leadership Team, physician will interact and consult with patients first and foremost.
  • Secondary responsibility is to other team members and day to day activities throughout the organization.
  • Ideal candidate will display the following attributes: healing focus, selfless heart, and tireless resolve.
  • In addition to patient care, which is the priority, physician will provide input and participation in decisions regarding management process, schedules, staff performance, will hold leadership team responsibilities, and will be involved in center operations and customer relations management.
  • Physician will directly supervise medical office support staff and will indirectly supervise medical office administrative support staff.
