Interventional Cardiologist needed in large Coastal Alabama city:

A top ranked private cardiology group is seeking two additional Interventional Cardiologist due to growth and expansion. Both openings are in Mobile, Alabama.

Top-tier new grads from exceptional programs and experienced candidates 1-2 years out of training are welcome to apply. Group strongly prefers candidate trained in peripheral and coronary.

• Only time physician will be called in is for a stent. Amazing call schedule! Call every 10 weekends, and every 8^th weekday call.
• Get paid extra for call.
• This position comes with a four-day work week… A total day off!
• Shared call schedule 1:9 or less. Interventional call. Call will decrease as additional Interventionalists are hired. The group has PAs and NPs taking call every night. They handle almost everything except critical issues like STEMI. Non-interventional cardiologists take more call.
• Starting salary is exceptional. Starts at around $450k~ in year one, $500 to $550 year two, year three $550 to $650 range, then share holder compensation goes up significantly. Never had anyone turn down a job because of money.
